摘要
文章介绍了用于高速精密级进模具冲压生产过程的一种高速自动拉料机构的设计与应用。当带料比较薄时,自动拉料机构比通用的送料机构工作更为安全可靠,在引线框和连接器接插件等高速精密模具的实际生产中应用广泛。
The paper introduces the design and use of the automatic pulling material mechanism in the stamping process of precise high-speed progressive dies. When the material is laminose, the automatic pulling material mechanism is of higher safe reliability than the universal giving material mechanism. And it is used widely in lead frames and connector of precise high-speed progressive dies.
