Strengthen the Students' Practice to Enhance Tourism Major Students' Competitiveness of Employment

旅游服务业的高速发展使得旅游市场对旅游专业人才的需求量越来越大。然而,由于我国高职院校开设旅游专业的时间较短,诸多问题的存在,使得供需矛盾突出。文章从加强实践教学入手,探讨如何通过提高学生综合素质来达到提升旅游专业学生就业竞争力的目的。

The rapid development of the service industry of tourism increases the demand of tourism major students. However, because the starting traveling specialized time is very short, many problems exist, leading to the obvious contradiction between the supply and demand. So the paper is to discuss how to strengthen the students practice and enhance tourism competitiveness of employment.
