A New Method to Evaluate Interference of Electrostatic Discharge

摘要 通过分析ESD模拟器的波形测量数据,提出了一个新的ESD波形指标:前60 ns放电能量。该指标比传统指标更能反映ESD扰度的总体特性,试验证明该指标测量一致性较高,测量误差小。在ESD模拟器的合格判定和问题诊断中,该指标可以起辅助作用。 Through the analysis of ESD waveform by simulator, a new indicator of ESD wave, which is the discharge energy during former 60ns, is proposed. Comparing with traditional indicators of ESD, the new indicator reflects the overall degree of ESD interference; it is also of a high measurement consistency and of low measurement error. The new indicator can play a supporting role in the diagnosis of ESD simulator.
