摘要
为了验证PCB板上几种屏蔽方式对电磁脉冲干扰的抑制作用,在理论分析电路板屏蔽罩屏蔽效能的基础上,利用传输线解析计算方法对其抑制效果进行仿真计算。通过在敏感器件下面添加一个接地平面、在敏感器件上面放置一个屏蔽罩以及在屏蔽罩与接地平面之间增加接地柱等方式,比较不同隔离形式的屏蔽效能。分析结果表明:屏蔽罩的屏蔽效能远大于在接地平面的屏蔽效能,并且屏蔽罩的接地柱越多屏蔽效能越高。
To validate the different shielding mode influence on the shielding effectiveness, the article analyzes the shielding effectiveness of shielding enclosure on PCB theoretically, and computes the shielding effectiveness by transmission line matrix. Comparing the shielding effectiveness by adding earth-plate under electronic component, mounting shielding cover over electronic components, adding earth poles between shielding cover and earth-plate, the result shows that the shielding effectiveness of the shielding cover is bigger than that adding earth-plate under electronic component, and the more earth poles are put, the better shielding effectiveness is acquired.
