摘要
经济和社会的发展给管理人才提供了广阔的择业空间,也使酒店人才流动更为频繁。酒店人才频繁跳槽会导致酒店的服务质量和经济效益下降,以及管理队伍结构失衡。人才跳槽的原因主要有酒店内部、外部和管理人才本身三个方面。决策者要把人作为第一要素,用以人为本的管理理念和科学的激励机制,寻找解决人才跳槽的对策。
The job-hopping of hotel talent is main reason of the influence hotel development. This paper analyzes main reasons of employee job-hopping from individual employee, internal and external of the hotel three different hierachies. It makes suggestions that to solve the problem of employee job-hopping and prevention brain drain by management concept of people oriented.
