本文叙述了采用以V(甲醇)∶V(水)=80∶20为流动相,用C18柱和紫外检测器分离测定3-硝基亚苄基乙酰乙酸甲氧基乙酯的反相高效液相色谱法。结果表明,该方法的平均回收率为98.69%;线性相关系数为0.9998。
