摘要
研究miR-411在子痫前期患者和正常产妇胎盘组织中的表达差异,探讨微小RNA(miRNA)对子痫发病所起到的作用,收集子痫前期患者胎盘组织和正常产妇胎盘组织,并从中提取RNA;采用miRNA特异RT引物进行反转录;最后用荧光实时定量PCR(Real Time PCR)的方法检测基因的表达量。结果miR-411在子痫前期患者胎盘组织中表达降低。表明此次实验阐明了子痫前期患者胎盘组织中存在特异miRNA的差异表达,子痫前期发病可能受到miRNA的调控。
Investigating the expression of miRNA in the human placentas of patients with preeclampsia to further elucidate the functions of miRNA on preeclampsia development, placentas were obtained from patients with preeclampsia and the normal parturients, looped miRNA specific RT primers were used to reversely transcribe the miRNA, miRNA were then amplified by SYBR Green real-time PCR using miRNA specific PCR primers. Differential expression between preeclampsia and the control group was found. The expression of miR-411 in the human placentas of patients with preeclampsia is depressed. It is conclused, that present study suggests that the specific miRNA are distinctive expression in the human placentas of patients with preeclampsia, preeclampsia development could be controlled by the specific miRNA.
