Transfer of Science and Technology Achievements into Productivity in Qinzhou City

科学技术对人类社会的发展具有巨大的促进作用,科学技术转化为生产力对区域的发展意义重大。通过分析钦州市科学技术转化为生产力存在的问题,提出政府应加强对科技工作重要性的认识,加大对科技转化工作的财政投入,加大对科技转化工作的产业部门和区域的宏观调控等对策,为促进钦州区域可持续发展提供参考。

The science and technology has an enormous role in promoting the development of human society. Also the transfer of science and technology into productivity has great significance. In this paper, through analyzing the existing problems in transfer of science and technology into productivity, we proposed that the government should strengthen the awareness of importance of science and technology, increase revenue of transfer work and macro-control the industry sectors and regions in transfer work. Also we provided some references for sustainable development in Qinzhou
