摘要
简要分析了我国上市公司股利分配政策的现状和存在的问题,提出完善上市公司股利分配政策、规范股利分配行为的一些合理化建议。
In this paper, the author briefly analyzed the status quo and existing problems of China＇s listed companies. Also the author gave some suggestions on improving the dividend distribution policy and regulating dividend distribution.
