对于电信行业来说,关系营销具有重大的现实意义,可以从建立良好的顾客关系、加强员工关系管理以及协调与政府的关系等方面来深化这一理念。
For the telecom industry, relationship marketing has great practical significance. In this paper, the author pointed out that we could establish a good customer relationship, strengthen employee relationship management, as well as to strengthen coordination with the Government's relation.
