摘要
通过选择合理的坡口和焊接工艺参数,并在公司产品试制中采用E5518W焊条和TH550-NQ-Ⅱ焊丝对Q450NQR1高强度耐候钢进行焊接,结果表明,焊接设备和参数能很好地满足Q450NQR1高强度耐候钢要求,具有一定的推广价值。
By choosing a reasonable groove and welding process parameters, and using E5518W electrode and TH550-NQ-Ⅱ wire to weld high-strength weathering steel Q450NQR1 to carry out welding, the result showed that the high-strength weathering steel Q450NQR1 can meet the requirements of product performance and intensity re- quirement and has some value for promotion.
