涡扇发动机理想起动过程分析与控制问题探讨 被引量:7

摘要 涡扇发动机高原和高、低温起动的可靠性问题是航空领域需要进一步研究的难题。以理想起动过程的假设为前提,从新的角度研究了起动控制规律设计时应考虑的原则。利用流动相似理论分析和定义了起动过程的各相似参数,提出了新的发动机点火转速和起动机脱开转速的确定原则,并给出了起动过程供油规律的闭环控制方案。所做工作对于深入开展起动优化控制研究具有重要意义。 Starting reliability of turbofan engine in different atmospheric environment, such as plateau regions and high or low environment temperature, is a difficult problem need to be investigated further. Base on the presupposition of ideal starting procedure, the principles need to be considered in design of engine starting control law are studied in a new viewpoint. The similarity parameters in starting are analyzed and defined on the basis of similarity theory. A new optimization principle of ignition speed and starter disengaging speed is presented, and the closed loop control project for starting fuel supply is given. The suggestion can contribute to deep research on optimization control of engine starting.
