Combination of technical standards and intellectual property rights improves enterprise efficiency and brings benefits to consumers. However, they easily lead to restrictions on competition. This article will analyze the anti-monopoly law issues in the standards setting and implementation process and point out the co-ordination path by the anti-monopoly law.
