This paper described the developing status of informatization and its standardization of the domestic information technology enterprise, then analyzed standardization issues during the process of enterprise informatization and the correlation; dependence and interaction between them; expounded the features and main tasks of developing the standardization of information technology enterprise during the process of informatization at last discussed the approach and strategy to develop the enterprise informatization and standardization and its effect in guaranteeing and promoting the overall management level of the enterprise
