在质量审核中发现有部分企业在记录方面存在问题,主要是由于对记录的认识不到位、填写不规范、保管不当等原因,不能为企业的质量改进提供有效的证据。重点阐述质量记录的作用及存在问题与解决的方法,进一步提高企业的质量管理水平。

During quality auditing, we found that some enterprises cannot present eligible quality records. The major reasons come from： did not having a comprehensive understanding of the concept of records; did not conforming to specifications when filling tables; and preserving records in an inappropriate way.
