摘要
根据Gorland强度理论中平均自由程与材料性能的关系,通过一系列的试验和回归分析,研究了PCBN的内部结构,成份组成与其抗压强度和磨耗比之间的关系,建立了CBN粒度、结合剂掺入量与PCBN平均自由程、抗压强度、耐磨性之间的关系式,对提高PCBN的性能具有重要的指导价值。
PCBN cutter will meet great cutting force and heat impact when it's used to cut the hard and tough ferrous materials.The relationships of the compressing strength and abrasion resistance of PCBN and the mean free path of CBN particles in it's microstructure were studied.The results showed the properties of PCBN were improved with the increasing of mean free path in the case of low content of dopant, decreased with the increasing of the mean free path in the case of high content of dopant.There is an appropriate range of the mean free path in which the best properties are obtained.
