农村信用社改革成效分析--以山东省为例

Analysis on the Reform Effect of Rural Credit Cooperative:Empirical Study of Shandong based on Institution Transference and Economic Performance

制度与经济运行的关系始终是制度变迁理论研究的核心,自2003年开始的农村信用社改革试点是制度变迁影响经济绩效的有效实证。本文以此为切入点,利用对山东省农村信用社改革状况的调研资料,基于财务状况、经营利润、信贷支农、可持续发展能力等视角,对农村信用社此轮改制的运行成效作出了客观反映和系统评析。

Relationship of system and working economy is core of institution transference theory.Rural credit cooperatives' reform experimentation since 3 years so far,having been the demonstration of economic performance.The article takes this as point of penetration,makes use of survey of RCC reforms in Shandong Province,bases on angles of financial situation,operating profit,agro-financial credit,ability of sustainable development,made an objective report and systematic evaluation on RCC,and gives research conclusions and enlightenment of the study at last.
