摘要
对高空作业半挂车车架的高强度钢板强度等代设计问题进行了研究。以弹性力学和板壳理论为基础,利用高强度钢板替代原普通钢板对车架进行了轻量化设计,在不改变车架原结构情况下,实现了车架减重1.90t,占原车架重量的27.58%,取得了较好的轻量化效果。
The strength equivalent design of High Working Semi-trailer frame by using the high strength steel plate is studied. Based on the Theory of Elastic Mechanics and the Theory of Plate and Shell, the lightened frame is designed by high strength steel plate taking place of common steel plate. The frame is lightened by 1.90 t, which accounts for 27.58 percents of original flame mass, while the structure is not changed, a good result of lightening is got.
