A New Sludge-water Separation System on Combined Sludge Flushing and Suction Vehicle

针对国内外联合清污车及联合清污车水循环再利用系统存在的问题,开发了一种新型联合清污车泥水分离系统。该系统将吸入罐内的污泥水分离,并把污水排回下水道,提高了整车的工作效率。该泥水分离系统具有结构简单、性能可靠、布置容易、无需对普通联合清污车进行大的改装等优点。

A new sludge-water separation system was developed, in order to solve the existing problems in the multi-functioned combined high pressure-flushing and the sludge suction vehicle with water circulation reuse system. Firstly, the sludge was separated from water in the sludge tank in this new sludge-water separation system. Secondly, the separated water was exported. In this way, the operation efficiency of the vehicle was improved. Some advantages were shown in this system, such as simple structure, reliable performance and easy layout on the normal multi- functioned combined high pressure-flushing and sludge suction vehicle.
