患者隐私权的法律保护——兼评《刑法修正案(七)》相关的规定

The Legal Protection of Sufferers' Privacy Right——Discussing the Relative Regulations in the Seventh Amendment to Criminal Law

患者隐私权的保护正在受着越来越多的关注。在我国目前的法律中,对隐私权的保护多见于民法和行政法方面的规定,刑法方面的规定略显单薄。文章对患者隐私权保护的现有法律规定进行简要的介绍,并着重对新修订的相关刑事法律进行了分析。

The patients＇ private fight is receiving more and more attention. In our present law, protection for private fight is seen more often in civil law and administrative law. The protection for this right in criminal law is frail. This article gives a introduction of law in protection of privacy, and then focused on the relevance of the newly amended criminal law for analysis.
