Examination and Supervision on Community Correction

社区矫正是与监禁矫正并行的行刑方式,只有根据客观实际结合理论,具有前瞻性地对检察监督通过制度化、规范化建设,从而降低服刑人员重新犯罪率,提高社区整合治理工作,才能增强检察监督的实际效果。社区矫正执法必须引入合理的监督制约机制,才能有利于社区矫正工作依法、公正地进行,才能有利于进一步保障社区矫正对象的合法权益,体现建设社会主义政治文明和司法文明的要求。

Community correction and imprisonment correction are the two kinds of punishment. Based on the practice and theory, the real effect of examination and supervision could be enhanced by constructing institution system and standardization ahead which can reduce crime and promote integrate conservation work in communities. The proper supervision constraining mechanism has to be imported in community correction. It is good for doing work by law, protecting persons＇ legal rights and embodying the requirement of social political and justice civilization.
