记忆弹力环补片无张力疝修补术后复发的原因分析

ANALYZING THE POSTOPERATIVE RECURRENT CAUSE OF TENSION-FREE HERNIOPLASTY BY USING ELASTIC RING MEMORY PATCH(KUGEL) AND ITS COUNTERMEASURES

目的总结记忆弹力环补片无张力疝修术后复发的原因及降低复发的措施。方法回顾性分析采用记忆弹力环补片进行无张力疝修补526例的临床资料。结果记忆弹力环补片无张力疝修补术后复发8例,复发率1.52%。结论记忆弹力环补片无张力疝修补术后复发与解剖层次不恰当和补片放置位置不恰当、移位、卷曲等多方面因素有关。

Objective To summarized the recurrent cause after tension - free hemioplasty and reduce the recurrence. Methods 526 cases of inguinal hernia underwent tension - free hernioplasty with kugel. Results 8 cases of postoperative recurrence were found after tension - free hernioplasty, the relapse rate was 1.52%. Conclusion Postoperative recurrence of tension - free is related to many reasons such as anatomy on inappropriate level, the patch is not placed to appropriate location, movement, curly, etc.
