两种创伤评分系统在院前急救中的应用效果评价

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF TWO TYPES OF TRAUMA SCORING SYSTEM AT THE APPLICATION IN FIRST AID

目的评价CRAMS创伤评分系统和TS创伤记分系统在大样本创伤的应用效果,以期选择一种合适的评分系统在院前急救中应用。方法通过对10654例院前创伤伤者的应用、分析,比较两种比较常用的创伤评分系统的优劣。结果两种评分方法的轻伤、重伤伤者死亡率无显著性差异。结论虽然两种评分方法无差异性,我们科选用CRAMS评分系统,因为该计分法用于院前急救评分更为简便。

Objective CRAMS score system and the ＂IS trauma scoring system at the application of large sample of trauma compared with a view to select an appropriate scoring system at pre - hospital applications. Methods 10,654 cases of pre -hospital trauma victims＇ application ,analysis ,comparison of two commonly used trauma scoring system is good or bad. Results Score of two methods for slightly injured, seriously injured mortality, there was no significant difference. Conclusion Although the two scoring methods have no difference, we selected subjects CRAMS score system,because this scoring method used to score pre -hospital easier.
