摘要
通过对当前医院思想政治工作的现状进行深入调查,对现阶段部分医院存在的人才流失风险加大、医务人员对前途信心不足、医患关系紧张等严重阻滞医院发展的问题进行了剖析,并提出解决这些问题的途径。医院的思想政治工作必须牢固树立以人为本、服务医疗中心工作的思想,必须从培养人性化的医患关系、抓好医德医风建设、调动广大医务人员的积极性、重视医院人才队伍建设、发挥民主管理作用、打造和谐的医院文化等方面着手,创新医院思想政治工作。
Based on the investigation of current hospital ideological and political work, this article has analyzed the problems of increased risk of brain drain of medical personnel ,lack of confidence in the future,nervous physician - patient relationship and explored ways to solve such problems. The hospital ideological and political work must firmly to establish human - oriented, service to central medical work thought. So,it must intend to bring up humanism physician -patient relationship,grasp well medical ethics construetion ,mobilize the broad masses of the medical staff, regard the construction of talent team, exert democracy management, create harmonious hospital culture,etc, thus innovate hospital ideological and political work.
