摘要
分析科技期刊中审稿专家委托审稿现象产生的4种原因,即研究方向不符,时间紧张,稿件质量差,报酬太低;并提出一些对策。
Four reasons causing the phenomenon of manuscriptreview that having been transferred by appointed peer reviewers in sci-tech periodicals are analyzed, and some countermeasures are put forward to get over this phenomenon.
