摘要
以典型的编辑实践为例,综合分析对作者推荐审稿专家的过分依赖的弊端。为保证稿件结果的科学性和公正性,提出了采用作者推荐审稿专家需要注意的问题、建议及策略,为完善审稿方式、提高审稿质量提供参考依据。
The disadvantages of completely relying on the peer reviewers nominated by the authors are analyzed in this paper. And a typical editorial case is given. To ensure all the manuscripts are accepted impartially, the problems, advices and strategies on how to choose the peer reviewers recommended by the authors are put forward.
