摘要
以美国版骨与关节外科为例,探讨国外医学期刊的审稿标准。它们基于同行评议制度的审稿标准具有2个突出特点:一是总体评价与分项把关相结合;二是内容评议与方法学评议并重。科学、翔实的审稿标准有利于规范审稿人的审稿行为,帮助编辑评判稿件的学术价值和报告水平,为作者修改稿件提供指导和建议。
Basing on the Journal of Bone ＆ Joint Surgery Am. , the reviewer guidelines of peer review in overseas medical periodicals are discussed. There are two most important characters. One is a principle for content review including overall comments and specific comments. The other one is a two-tier review system consisting of content review and methodological review. A well-organized, detailed reviewer guideline will provide criteria for evaluating manuscripts, instructions for modifying manuscripts.
