应用NX MasterFEM和NASTRAN对挖掘机前车架进行有限元分析

摘要 挖掘机工作装置在工作时受到的支反力都传递到前车架,针对前车架上端交汇处出现裂纹的现象,在设计前车架的过程中通过CAE分析手段排除应力集中和结构缺陷问题。阐述了挖掘机前车架分析方法,对某一设计结构进行强度分析,提出改进建议,实现车架的科学快速设计。 The reactions to the work implement of an excavator during work are all transferred to the front frame. Aiming at the fractures at the upper juncture of the vehicle frame, the problems of stress concentration and structure defects are removed by CAE analysis during design. The analysis methods are discussed. To design the frame scientifically, the intensity analysis of certain design structure is made, and then the improvements are put forward.
