摘要 结合五征集团6×2联体后桥的设计,引入CAE技术,建立了后桥的三维数字化模型,并对后桥的静态特性进行了有限元分析与仿真。论述了6×2联体后桥的传统设计要点,针对后桥使用过程中出现的问题,使用有限元分析软件,优化了箱体和半轴管等重点零部件的结构,增加了箱体内轴的强度刚度等,实现了Hypermesh环境下后桥模型的分析,通过与理论计算对比,验证了有限元分析结果与实际情况的吻合性,并以此指导实际生产,取得了较好的效果。 Combined with the design of 6×2 linked rear axle of Wuzheng Group, three-dimension digital model of the rear axle is established with CAE technique. Finite element analysis and simulation is conducted to the static characteristics of the rear axle. The traditional design emphasis of 6×2 linked rear axle is discussed, the structure of the key parts such as the case body and the halfaxle pipe is optimized, the strength and rigidity of the shafts inside the ease body is improved. By comparison with the theoretical calculation, the finite element analysis results are proved exact to the real conditions, which are used to guide practical production and achieved excellent effects.
