银僵汤治疗组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎110例

Discussion on 110 Cases of Treatment of Chinese Medicine Yinjiang Soup on Histocytic Necrotizing Lymphadenitis

目的:探讨组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎发病规律、临床特点及中药银僵汤的治疗作用。方法:对2006年1月-2008年1月经病理确诊的110例住院患者进行治疗、随访、分析。结果:110例全部治愈,疗程最短7天,最长12天,每例随访6个月均无复发。结论:中药银僵汤能疏风通络,消肿散结,清热解毒。治疗该病具有效果显著,疗效巩固,无明显不良反应,无复发的优势。

Objective： On occurrence regularity of histocytie necrotizing lymphadenitis, and on the clinical characteristics and the effect of Chinese medicine Yinjiang Soup. Methods ： Treat 110 patients of our department who were confirmed during the January 2006 to January 2008. Follow up on the patients and analyze the cases. Resuls： 110 patients were cured completely. The shortest treat time is seven days, while the longest is twelve days. No recurrence appeared in the follow up six months later. Conclusion： The Chinese medicine Yinjiang Soup can dredge channels and smooth the veins, as well as remove toxin for detumescence and dissolve the fever. The medicine has obvious and stable effect on curing the disease, and has the advantage of not causing bad reaction or recurrence.
