亚健康通便凉茶的药理学研究

Pharmacology Investigation on Tong bian Herbal Tea

目的:观察亚健康通便凉茶通便效果。方法:将实验小鼠分为便秘模型组和复方地芬诺酯(DC)组与空白对照组。通过观察小鼠一般情况、小肠运动、小鼠排便时间、粪便粒数和粪便重量,按照各组墨汁推进率、小鼠排便时间、粪便粒数和粪便重量及一般情况的结果,以SPSS13.0统计软件进行方差分析统计处理,比较各组排便作用,寻找差异。结果:亚健康通便凉茶能使正常小鼠、DC便秘模型小鼠第1次排出黑便时间明显缩短(P<0.01),排便粒数增多(P<0.05),排便重量增加(P<0.01)。小鼠小肠运动实验表明,该凉茶能明显加强小肠运动,具有显著的通便效果。

Objective： To study the influences of Tong bian Herbal tea on alvi dejectiones. Methods ：To compare the influences of Tong bian Herbal tea on normal mice and mice with diphenoxylate compositae - induced constipation. The data is analyzed by analysis of variance through SPSS13.0. Results： Tong bian Herbal tea shortened the time of bowel movement in the first time （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , increased the number of stool granules （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and the weight of stool （ P 〈 0. 01 ） in both groups. Test showed that Tong bian Herbal tea can obviously enhance the intestinal motility.
