隐匿型冠心病患者C反应蛋白和血脂检测的意义

摘要 目的:探讨隐匿型冠心病患者血清CRP与血脂检测的临床意义。方法:用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测54例健康人和54例冠心病患者血清中CRP和TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平。结果:冠心病组血清CRP、TG和LDL-C明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且CRP与TG、LDL-C呈正相关,冠心病组血清HDL-C水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且CRP与HDL-C呈负相关。结论:CRP是心血管疾病的独立危险因素,隐匿型冠心病患者CRP与血脂代谢异常有相关性;对无症状心肌缺血患者早期检测CRP对冠心病的防治有重要意义。 Objective: To investigate CRP in patients' serum with occult coronary heart disease detection and clinical significance of blood lipids. Methods : The enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detected 54 cases of healthy people and 54 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and CRP,TG, HDL- C, LDL- C level in serum. Results: coronary heart disease serum CRP, TG and LDL - C was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ), and also CRP and TG, LDL - C was positively correlated with each other, coronary heart disease serum HDL - C levels were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ), and CRP and HDL - C was a negative correlation. Conclusion: CRP is an independent cardiovascular disease risk factors, occult coronary heart disease in patients with CRP and lipid metabolic disorders is related of silent myocardial ischemia in patients with CRP early detection of coronary heart disease prevention and treatment are important.
