中药方剂体内及含药血清抗肿瘤作用的比较

Comparison of the Anti-tumor Chinese Medicinal Formulae in Vivo and in Serum-pharmacology

目的:通过动物体内抑瘤实验和血清药理学实验比较,探讨体内抑瘤试验与血清药理学实验的一致性。方法:选择4个体内抗癌试验有效的样品(中药复方制剂)进行体内及血清药理学的试验。其中血清药理学实验采用10%和20%的含药血清进行体外抑瘤试验,用MTT法检测4种样品含药血清对不同肿瘤细胞的细胞增殖的影响。结果:4种样品体内抑瘤实验显示明确的抗肿瘤活性,血清药理学同样显示一定的抗癌活性,且G、H药P<0.01,X、T药P<0.05。结论:体内抑瘤有效的抗肿瘤方剂血清药理学检测均有抗癌活性,与体内试验一致。

Objective： To investigate the concordance between the tumor -inhibiting experiment in vivo and the serum -pharmacological experiment. Methods： Four samples （traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions） effective on vivo anti -cancer were selected to make the experiment in vivo and the serum -pharmacological experiment; 5% and 10% medicated serum were used in the anti - tumor experiment in vitro ; MTT eolorimetry was performed to measure the levels of the proliferation of different tumor cells. Results： Four samples all show definite anti tumor effect in vivo and in serum- pharmacology experiment. The dose -effect relationship can be observed. Conclusion： The anti -tumor formula of Chinese medicine which are effective in vivo have the same anti - cancer effect in serum -pharmacologieal detection, which is concordant with the experiment in vivo.
