两种血虚证小鼠模型的比较

The Comparison of Two Different Mouse Models with Blood Deficiency Syndrome

目的:比较两种血虚证小鼠模型。方法:昆明系小鼠采用限食,隔日眼底后静脉丛放血和强迫游泳的综合放血法或者隔日眼底后静脉丛放血的单纯放血法,连续2周建立血虚证模型,观察一般体征,称量体重并比较体重变化,血球计数仪检测红细胞、血红蛋白和白细胞的数量。结果:造模后,综合放血法组死亡率为36.4%,单纯放血法组死亡率是7.1%。综合放血法组和单纯放血法组小鼠均出现血虚的体征,但后者程度较轻。造模后,与正常组比较,两组小鼠的体重、变化体重和红细胞数均明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),而只有综合放血法组小鼠的血红蛋白数和白细胞数明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。造模后,与单纯放血法组比较,综合放血法组小鼠的体重、红细胞数、血红蛋白数和白细胞数都有明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:综合放血法比单纯放血法建立的血虚证小鼠模型更加符合血虚证的病因、病机和临床表现,是一种比较理想的血虚证动模模型。

Objective：To compare two different mouse models with blood deficiency syndrome. Methods：Kunming mouse underwent food limit and integration bloodletting which is fundus oculi aft venous plexus bloodletting diebus alternis together with being compelled to swim, or Kunming mouse only underwent simple fundus oculi aft venous plexus bloodletting diebus alternis. Continue for 2 weeks to build the blood deficiency syndrome model. Observe general signs, weigh the body weight and compare weight changes ,measure the numbers of RBC ,hemoglobin and WBC with blood counting instru- ment. Results ： the models show the mortality of integration bloodletting group is 36.4%, the mortality of simple bloodletting group is 7. 1%. Both the 2 groups models show signs of blood deficiency syndrome while the latter is better. There is sig- nificantly different（P 〈 0. 01 ,P 〈 0. 05 ） in that weight, weight changes and RBC of model groups is much fewer than the normal group. Only the simple bloodletting group shows obvious reduction of hemoglobin and WBC, significantly different （P 〈 0.01 ）. There is significantly different （P 〈 0.01 ） in that weight, the number of RBC, hemoglobin and WBC of integration bloodletting group is much fewer than the simple bloodletting group. Conclusion：The integration bloodletting model is more consistent with the cause and mechanism of disease and clinical manifestation than simple bloodletting model. It is a rather desirable animal model with blood deficiency syndrome.
