葛根素对上肢外伤性肿胀的疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Puerarin on Traumatic Upper Limb Swelling

目的:评价葛根素治疗上肢外伤性肿胀的临床疗效。方法:在合适患者中选择74例作为治疗组,78例作为对照组,治疗组使用注射用葛根素400mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250mL中静滴,2h滴完,qd,10天为1疗程;对照组除以注射用七叶皂苷钠10mg替换葛根素400mg外其余与治疗组完全一致。结果:治疗组和对照组对肿胀的症状均改善明显;治疗组和对照组对于上肢周径变化均有良好的作用;治疗组肿胀前后评分差值变化和对照组相比无明显差异;临床疗效中,治疗组总有效率达91.89%,对照组总有效率为92.31%。总的,各项指标治疗组、对照组疗效相近。结论:葛根素注射剂应用于上肢外伤性肿胀的治疗具有良好的意义。

Objective ：To value clinical efficacy of puerarin on traumatic upper limb swelling. Methods ：152 cases in accordance with inclusion criteria were randomly assigned into treatment group （ n = 74 ） and control group （ n = 78 ）. In the treatment group,puerarin injection 400mg in 0. 9% NS 250mL was given daily by intravenous drip（in 2hours） ,ten days is one period of treatment. Puerarin was relaced by sodium aescine in the control group. And other details of treatment in the control group were similar to that in the treatment group. Results ： The symptom of swelling improved obviously in the two groups after treatment. And good effect about variation of circumference of upper limb was founded in two groups;The differential value of score for swelling of traumatic upper limb was no significant in the treatment group after treatment as compared with the control group;As for clinical efficacy,the total effective rate in the treatment group is 91.89% ,the control group 92.31%. In short, all indexes in the treatment group were similar to that in the control group. Conclusion：It is highly valuable that puerarin injection is used to treat traamatic upper limb swelling.
