摘要
目的:研究西洋参皂苷的降脂作用、量效关系以及对不同血脂成分的影响。方法:高血脂大鼠50只分成5组:西洋参皂苷高剂量组(135mg/kg)、中剂量组(45mg/kg)、低剂量组(15mg/kg)、阳性对照组(烟酸,30mg/kg)、阴性对照组(动物模型)。比较用药前后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LD-Lc)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLc)、TC/HDL比值。结果:西洋参皂苷三剂量组均有降低血清TC、TG和LDLc作用,对TG降低作用较其他血脂成分强,而对HDLc则无影响。高剂量组的降血脂作用比阳性对照组(烟酸)强,中剂量组与之相仿,而低剂量组比烟酸弱。结论:西洋参皂苷有较好的降低实验性大鼠血脂的作用。
Objective: To study the antihyperlipidemia effeet of the Quinquefolium Saponin(QS) ,and its dose- effeet relationship. Methods: Experiment hyperlipidemie rats ( n = 50) were devided into 5 groups:QS high group (135mg/ kg), QS minddle group(45mg/kg), QS low group(15mg/kg) ,the nicotinic acid treatment group(30mg/kg) and control. All rats ,except the controls was fed on hyperlipidemic food. The experiment lasted for 35d. Results: Quinquefolium Sapanins decreased the levels of triglycerides (TG) , total cholesterol( TC ) , low - density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLe) and high -density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLc) in serum. The effect of nicotinic acid (30mg/kg) on lipidemia was less than that by QS high group, but almost as effective as that by the QS minddle group. Conclusion: The decreased effect of teapolyphenols was niore prominentin TG.
