十全大补汤促进小鼠与瘤共存的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察十全大补汤对肺癌小鼠免疫功能的调节作用,同时观察其抑瘤作用。方法:60只C57小鼠复制Lew is肺癌模型后,随机分为6组,按实验设计处理各组小鼠15天,眼球后静脉取血,ELISA法检测血清中INF-γ和IL-6的含量;剥取肿瘤,称重。结果:十全大补汤各剂量组可以抑制小鼠血清中IL-6的产生,促进INF-γ分泌,尤以高剂量组为明显;CTX对二者都有抑制作用。中、高剂量十全大补汤及CTX具有抑瘤作用,但前者不及后者。结论:十全大补汤通过增强荷瘤小鼠免疫功能,而与瘤共存。 Objective: To research the effect of the ShiQuan I)aBu decoction adjusting the immune function of mice with lung cancer, and observe its anti - tumor effect. Methods : The 60 C57 mice were randomly divided into 6 groups after copied Lewis lung cancer model to them. The mouse had been treated with the designed way of the experiment forl5 days. Recipe blood from vein of eyeball, centrifuging. The contents of INF -γ and IL - 6 of blood - serum were detected by ELISA, and the tumor was weighting after stripped. Results : The ShiQuan DaBu decoction groups can inhibit the IL - 6 production of mouse serum, and promoting the INF-γ's secretion, particularly high-dose group was significantly; both have inhibited by the CTX. The middle ,high dose ShiQuan DaBu decoction groups and the CTX have anti-tumor effect, but the former Less than the latter. Conclusion: The ShiQuan DaBu decoction can help the mice coexistence with tumor by enhancing the immune function of tumor-bearing mice.
