中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Conbined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Periappendiceal Abscess

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿的应用价值。方法:48例阑尾周围脓肿患者随机分为治疗组(n=25)和对照组(n=23)。两组除用抗菌素外,治疗组加用中草药治疗。结果:治疗组的抗菌素使用天数、体温恢复正常所需天数、B超包块吸收天数均较对照组缩短。治愈率88.8%,明显高于对照组69.6%(P<0.05)。结论:阑尾周围脓肿采用中西医结合治疗效果好,治愈率高。

Objective： Value Discussion on conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for periappendiceal abscess Methods： To 48 examples appendices around the abscess patient, stochasticallydivides into the treatment group （n = 25 ） and the comparison group（ n =23 ）. Two groups besides use the antibiotic, treatment group treats with the Chinese medicine. Results ： The treatment group＇s antibiotic use number of days, the bodytemperature restore normally needs the number of days, the B ultrapackage block absorption number of days is shorter than the comparison group. Curing rate 88.8% , obviously are higher than the comparison group 69.6%. Compare with the comparison group comparison and the comparison group P 〈 0.05, has statistics significance. Conclusions ： Around the appendix the abscess uses the cooperation of Chinese and western medicine treatment result good, curing rate is high.
