量化考评在内镜医院感染管理中的应用

Quantitative Evaluation of Endoscopy in Hospital Infection Management

目的探讨综合性教学医院内镜医院感染管理量化考评的经验,减少医院感染的发生。方法将内镜医院感染管理考核指标进行量化,纳入医疗质量检查体系,实施考评。结果实行量化考评3年来未发生过医院感染暴发流行,量化考评结果逐年提高,内镜科从2005年的85分升至96分,喉镜室从80分升至96分,纤维支气管镜从85分升至98分,实现了内镜医院感染管理的持续质量改进。结论搞好内镜医院感染管理,领导重视和支持是关键,组织健全、科室积极配合与共同管理是保证;量化考评是有效措施。

OBJECTIVE To explore the comprehensive endoscopic management to prevent hospital infection and reduce the incidence of infection in hospitals. METHODS According to the characteristics of the endoscopy, the quatitative evaluation of endoscopic examination management was included in the inspection and implementation system. RESULTS During quantitative evaluation in the past three years, there were no outbreaks of epidemics and the quantitative evaluation improved year by year. CONCLUSIONS Endoscopy management, leadership attention and support are the keys to ensure effective measures of co-management and quantitative evaluation.
