分别论述汽轮机迷宫式汽封和蜂窝接触式汽封的工作原理及其结构,介绍了蜂窝接触式汽封在莱钢热电厂12 MW汽轮机的应用实践,证明蜂窝接触式汽封能确保汽轮机的安全、经济运行,适合在发电机组和工业汽轮机组中推广。
The work principle and structure of labyrinth steam seal and honeycomb and contact-type steam seal were discussed. The application of the honeycomb and contact-type steam seal in 12MW turbine of Laiwu Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd was presented. The practice proved that the honeycomb and contact-type steam seal could ensure safe and economic running of the turbine and it could be widely used in generator set and industrial turbo-set.
