摘要
对高炉煤气干法除尘系统除尘灰板结的原因进行分析的基础上,结合现场实际情况提出了具体的解决措施,通过实施取得了明显效果,管道、阀门等处因除尘灰板结堵塞问题得到了缓解,为高炉的稳定生产创造了条件。
The causes of dust hardening in the dry process dusting system of blast furnace gas were analyzed. According to the actual state, practical solving measures were raised. The practice gained significant effects, and blockage in pipe and valve owing to dust hard- ening was improved. It created conditions for stabilizing production of blast furnace.
