空分装置大型压缩机常因某些不明原因发生故障,造成减产或者停机,给企业带来经济损失。以德国MAN公司制造的RIK-140/4机组为例,列举影响大型压缩机稳定运行的诸多因素,并针对这些问题,进行详细的分析与探讨。
Failures often took place in a large compressor of an air separation device owing to some uncertain causes, leading to reduction of output or shutdown, as well as economic loss of enterprises. Taking for example the German MAN company manufactured RIK- 140/4 unit, many factors affecting stable operation of large compressors were cited. These. factors were analyzed and discussed in detail.
