摘要
辊道是浮法玻璃退火窑的关键设备之一,辊子的选材和结构则是影响玻璃品质的重要因素。文中利用三维设计软件SolidWorks建立辊道的实体模型,并运用内嵌于SolidWorks的有限元分析软件COSMOSWorks考察不同材料和结构形式的辊子在热力场作用下的工作性能,为辊道的设计提供有价值的数据参考,获得修正和优化所需的信息。
Roll table is one of key equipments of annealing lehr and the material and structure of rollers are main factors on glass quality. The model of roll table is established by 3D Designing Software Solidworks. The working performance of rollers with different materials and structures are analyzed by Finite Element Analysis Software COSMOSWorks, which is embedded in Solidworks, to get data for the design of roll table as well as the necessary information for modification and optimization.
