摘要
针对原链轮存在的缺陷,重新设计了齿形,利用AutoCAD、CAXA与UG软件设计链轮,并进行仿真模拟,将得到的NC代码程序导入数控机床加工。加工后得到的链轮经适当热处理即可使用,在尺寸精度、硬度、强度等方面达到了要求。
Aim at former chain wheel existenting vice, tooth shape is redesigned. Using software Autocad, CAXA and UG to design chain wheel, and simulating, NC codes programme is entered to numerical control machine to manufacture. Chain wheel which is manufactured can be used after suitability heat treament, dimension precision, rigidity, intension, etc, obtain the demand of use.
