摘要
用机器人对管道进行检查、诊断、维护等,是管道无损检测的一种发展趋势。文中介绍了管道污垢检测方案,重点分析超声波检测方案,并对其传动系统和微机控制系统进行初步设计。
Using robots to inspect, diagnose and maintenee pipelines is a development trend of non-destructive testing of pipelines. This paper introduces pipeline-dirt testing program, by primarily anlyzing the ultrasonic testing program and preliminarily designing its transmission and eomputer-controled system.
