21世纪是知识经济时代,社会对高素质人才的需求势必导致高等教育体制的改革。因此我国有必要借鉴发达国家的高等教育模式,进行教育体制改革创新。系统地分析和总结了发达国家高等教育内部机制和外部体制的模式、经验以及对我国高等教育体制改革创新的启示。

As the 21 st century is the era of knowledge-based economy, the demanding for higher talents from the society will inevitably result in the reform of higher education system. Therefore, it is necessary for China to carry out the reform and innovation by drawing on the experiences of developed countries. In this article, it has systematically analyzed and summarized the model and experiences of both the internal mechanism and external system of higher education in developed countries which can be a revelation to China on the reform and innovation of higher education system.
