摘要
我国的小学教师在职教育普遍存在着教师选择权不大、教育实效性差、经费投入不到位、教师参与积极性不高、工学矛盾突出等问题,针对这些问题提出了应对策略,以期加强和完善我省小学教师继续教育工作,有力地促进教师教育的改革与发展。
Our primary school teachers in-service education has some problems that the prevalence of teachers is not the right to choose, the effectiveness of poor funding in place, funds is thrown into less than the place, teachers' poor enthusiasm in participation and so on. We proposed answer tactics aimed at these problems to look forward to reinforcing and perfecting educational work of primary school teacher in our province, promote the reformation an development of teacher's education forcefully.
