摘要
运用Pro/E软件建立盾构主驱动箱的三维实体模型,通过Pro/E与ANSYS的接口程序将模型导入到ANSYS Workbench环境下,针对主驱动齿轮箱的主要工况进行有限元分析,获得了主驱动箱在对应工况下的应力、应变及位移分布云图。模拟结果表明主驱动的结构设计满足强度和刚度的设计要求,进而证明主驱动箱的结构设计是合理的。
3D solid models of main driving gearbox are established by using the software PRO/E. The models was imported to the environment of ANSYS Workbench,the finite element analysis of main driving gearbox is carried out by ANSYS Workbench, and distributions of stress, stain and displacement of main driving gearbox on the main working cases. Results of the simulation show that the designing of main driving gearbox structure meet the requirements of the strength and stiffness, and designing of main driving gearbox is successful.
