新型专用肥对菜豆生理活性、生物量及养分利用率的影响

摘要 采用分别添加了木质素+风化煤+硼砂、木质素+硼砂、风化煤+硼砂、硼砂等不同添加剂的4种新型专用复混肥,在盆栽条件下研究这4种新型专用复混肥对菜豆生长、生理活性、养分积累量以及养分利用率的影响。结果表明,添加2种或3种添加剂的专用肥能显著增加菜豆生物量,与没有添加添加剂的普通专用肥相比,菜豆总生物量干重分别增加13.02%,10.25%,13.26%;可明显提高叶片可溶性蛋白质含量、硝酸还原酶活性和植株养分积累量;显著提高养分利用率,其中,氮利用率比普通肥提高5.5%~7.0%、磷提高0.6%~1.5%、钾提高4.8%~6.1%。可见,新型专用肥具有较好的效应,具有生产与推广应用前景。 In this paper, 4 kinds of new special compound fertilizers with different additives, such as lignin +weathered coal+ borax, lignin+ borax, weathered+ borax and borax, were used in pot experiment.Effects of new special fertilizers on physiological activity, studied. The results showed that bean biomass increased special fertilizers respectively; soluble protein content and biomass and nutrient use efficiency in beans were by 13.02%, 10.25% and 13.26% with 3 new nitrate reductase activity in leaves and accumulation of nutrient in plants increased significantly; utilizations of nitrogen, phosphate and potassium increased by 5.5% -7.0%, 0. 6%-1.5% and 4.8%-6.1% respectively.
