Studying on the Application of Decision Tree for Forecasting the Loss of Distance Learners Based on the Results Database

通过对远程学习者成绩数据库的挖掘分析,建立了基于成绩库的远程学习者流失预测决策树。这种方法获得的决策树模型预测命中率和预测覆盖率均具有比较好的精度,可以用来探测、发现学习者成绩与学习者流失之间的潜在关系,为远程教育院校的学生保持工作提供数据警示。

Based on the achievements of learners database mining analysis, we establish a decision tree of loss prediction. This approach is obtained by the decision tree model and the prediction of percentage of hits in the coverage are relatively good accuracy, which can be used to detect and found that learner achievement and the potential relationship among the loss of school for distance education students to maintain the work of institutions to provide data warning.
